Beginning Wednesday, August 18, 2010 with a light supper at 6:00 pm followed by discussion on THE PRODIGAL GOD and distribution of THE FORGOTTEN GOD at 7:00 pm. Chan writes: "It doesn't make sense that Almighty God would have His children characterized by fear and insecurity. He put His Spirit in us so we could be known for our power (Acts 1:8). Without the Holy Spirit, people operate in their own strength and only accomplish human-size results. . .But when believers live in the power of the Spirit, the evidence in their lives is supernatural."
